Reuse of three existing timber framed farm buildings
Design Considerations:
Stabilize existing mortise and tenon wood frames
New wood clad insulated envelope slips over existing frames
Reconstruction with hand hewn white oak beams to match existing
Regrading of site for exterior entertainment spaces
Barn 1: Dining Hall, Billiards Room, Main Bedroom
Barn 2: Artist Studio, Wood Shop, Screening Room
Barns 3+4: Garage and Bunk House
