Conversion of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Tower into a hotel/condo
Building Alterations:
Reconfiguration and alteration of building core elements, all levels
Redesign of building entrances
Addition of doors to 31st and 35th floor terraces
Worked with the NYC Landmark Preservation Commission to approve replacement of double hung windows with casement windows matching the profiles of center pivot windows added during the 1960s modernization of the facade.
